Description

The Rescue Diver course will expand your knowledge and experience beyond the purely recreational level, to learn to look beyond yourself and consider the safety and well-being of other divers.

Although this course is serious, it is a fun and enjoyable way to build your confidence; Rescue Diver training will prepare you to prevent problems and, if necessary, to handle diving emergencies.

During confined and open water sessions, you will learn:

• Self rescue
• Recognize and manage the stress of other divers
• Emergency and equipment management
• Panic diver rescue
• Rescue of the unconscious divers

Besides being one of the most interesting and challenging diving courses it is also the most fun and interactive courses we offer.

PADI (Junior) ADVENTURE DIVERS divers who are at least 12 years old and have completed the Underwater Boating Adventure Dive may enroll in a Rescue Diver course.

The rescue diver consists of one or two theory classes, pool practice and 2 drills in the sea so it can take 3 to 4 days to complete.
