REGULATOR CRESSI MC9 INT / COMPACT SILVER

$5,879.00

Description

Ideal diving regulator for beginners and travelers. Hyperbalanced diaphragm first stage plus a compact single shell second stage. 2 HP and 4 LP ports. Weight: 878g – 31oz. Very light and made in Italy.

The hypercompensation of the first stage mechanism ensures a slight increase in IP as cylinder pressure decreases. The regulator therefore provides its maximum level of services in the final phase of the dip, undoubtedly the most critical. The chamber is designed to channel the volume of air directly to the LP outlets to minimize the pressure drop in forced breathing (0.5 BAR), guaranteeing use with high services in any situation.

Body wall thicknesses have been optimized to minimize weight. A semi-flexible elastomer case protects the first stage from knocks and scratches. AISI316 stainless steel HP seat. In addition to the possibility of replacement in case of deterioration during maintenance, the composition of the seat, much harder than the traditional brass of fixed seats, prolongs its useful life as it better resists the deforming action of metallic microparticles that could be introduced coming from the bottle. Very simplified single hull second stage made of ABS + elastomer really compact in size and extremely light.

Its mechanism and development are perfectly planned to obtain the minimum number of components and great resistance. It is a smart purchase option due to its combination of features: reliability, price and maintenance cost. Asymmetric front perforation of the second stage. The flow of water pushes the diaphragm counterclockwise to create its retraction into a flat position and cause the lever to taper to precise perpendicularity, regardless of condition.

The specific calibration of the inhalation mechanism slightly changes the personality in the air outlet according to the Ellipse series, rewarding an abundant flow without the need to exploit the Venturi effect, beyond the exquisite touch and sensitivity of this type of regulator. This feature provides a limited tendency for continuous flow at the surface or during placement of equipment in the water, excellent for schools and rentals (both octopus and dual regulator). However, the characteristic results place it beyond the top range regulators.
