DIVING TRIP, ARCHIPIÉLAGO DE REVILLAGIGEDO 2024
A divers’ paradise, the Revillagigedo Archipelago is made of 4 volcanic islands: Socorro Island, San Benedicto, Roca Partida and Clarión, rising from the ocean, being their bottoms at 3,800 meters (12,500 feet) above the floor of the Pacific Ocean. The islands are located 400 km (250 mi) southwest of Los Cabos, in the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula.
Waters surrounding the islands make a unique ecosystem, attracting large concentrations of pelagic species and macrofauna, whose abundance has earned the Archipelago the title of the “Mexican Galapagos“.
The Revillagigedo Archipelago has been declared a Natural Heritage Site and one of the largest marine national parks in North America.

DIVE INSURANCE AND TRAVEL INSURANCE
In the event of unexpected changes in your travel plans we highly recommend: cancellation/interruption insurance, accidental, medical, and baggage insurance.
Each insurance policy is unique and different. Please research and understand the details of the policies your consider. It is important that you understand the coverages your policy offers and any limitations that may exist on claims made. Some policies offer a LiveAboard Rider (insurance) that includes additional specific coverages beyond trip cancellation and interruption that cover scenarios that are unique to liveaboard vacations such as missed LiveAboard departures due to airline delays, mechanical failures of liveaboard boat, inclement weather (in addition to named storms), medical inability to dive and other incidents.
